This website is operated by SaySmile. By visiting our store and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Products and use

SaySmile Whitening Strips are a cosmetic product for use on natural teeth. Always read and follow the directions for use. Do not use the product if you are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, have gum disease, cavities, open sores, sensitive or damaged teeth, or are allergic to any ingredient. Stop use and consult a dentist if irritation or sensitivity occurs. The product will not whiten crowns, veneers, fillings or other dental work. Our products are not a substitute for professional dental care.

3. Results

Results vary from person to person. Images and testimonials on this website are for illustration purposes and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results. SaySmile is not responsible for results that differ from your expectations.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and bundle offers at any time without notice. Discounts and promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in the case of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order that has been paid, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping and refunds

Shipping is handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy (delivery within 2–4 business days within South Africa, which may sometimes take longer). Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaySmile is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website, including where the product has not been used according to its directions.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
