Brush & dry
Brush your teeth, then pat them dry with a tissue so the strips grip properly.

Apply the strips
Press the gel side onto your teeth. Lower strip first, then the upper one. Fold the edges behind.

Wait & peel
Leave on for 30 minutes, peel off and rinse away any leftover gel. Repeat daily.

How do I use SaySmile strips?
Brush and dry your teeth, apply the lower strip then the upper strip with the gel side against your teeth, leave on for 30 minutes, then peel off and rinse. Use one pair a day.
How many treatments are in one box?
Each box contains 14 strips, which is 7 daily treatments (one upper and one lower strip per day). For a longer routine, the Duo and Trio packs give you 14 or 21 treatments.
When will I see results?
Everyone's teeth are different, so results vary. Many people notice a brighter smile over the course of their treatments. Using the strips daily as directed gives the best results.
Can I use them if I have sensitive teeth?
Our formula is designed to be gentle on enamel. If you notice sensitivity, take a day or two off between treatments. If discomfort continues, stop using the strips and speak to your dentist.
Will they whiten crowns, veneers or fillings?
No. Whitening strips only work on natural tooth enamel, so crowns, veneers, caps and fillings won't change colour.
Can I eat or drink after using them?
Wait at least 30 minutes after removing the strips. For the best results, go easy on coffee, tea, red wine and smoking during your treatment.
Who shouldn't use whitening strips?
Not recommended for anyone under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have gum disease, open cavities or recent dental work. If you're unsure, check with your dentist first.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered across South Africa in 2–4 business days. Shipping is R80 on a single pack and free on the Duo and Trio. Occasionally delivery can take a little longer – if that happens, we'll notify you.
Can I return or refund my order?
For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns or refunds on opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for full details.
